What are MAUs?
Understanding Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and how they are calculated in Grovs.
A Monthly Active User (MAU) is a unique device that connects to Grovs servers during a calendar month. This includes visitors who access Grovs-generated links and users of apps that integrate the Grovs SDK.
The first 10,000 MAUs are free on every plan. Additional users beyond this limit are charged according to your selected plan.
MAU counts reset at the beginning of each month. For example, if you have 8,000 MAUs one month and 15,000 the next, you are charged for the additional 5,000 MAUs in the second month. If MAUs drop below 10,000 again in the following month, no extra charges apply.
