Analytics

Documentation covering the core analytics sections: Links, Campaigns, Audience, and Referrals.

The Grovs analytics dashboard is organized into four sections. Each section provides different metrics depending on the scope -- individual links, campaigns, visitors, or referrals.

The Links section displays performance metrics for every link generated via the dashboard. Links created through the SDK or API are not shown here.

Metrics:

  • Views -- Number of times a link was opened in a web browser.
  • Opens -- Number of times the app was opened as a direct result of the link.
  • Installs -- New app installations that occurred after accessing the link.
  • Reinstalls -- Users who had previously uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it via the link.
  • Reactivations -- Users who returned to the app after 7+ days of inactivity, triggered by the link.
  • Time Spent -- Total time spent in the app from all devices that opened the app via the link.
